What this means to you is a fuss-free, attention-to-detail, client-focussed agency for you to deal with. Finding a property to rent that meets your needs can be time consuming and stressful. We will do our utmost to find the right, quality property for you fast.

Our Agreement with you

After interview and the taking up of references we will ask you to sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement necessary for all parties to gain the protection of the relevant Rent and Housing Acts. Normally the Agreement is renewable at the end of the first term.

Rent is payable monthly in advance and we ask for a deposit equivalent to one month.s rent normally held by us until the end of the tenancy when the property and contents have been checked against the inventory. Our administration fee for setting up a tenancy is £295+VAT.

Please contact us and we can talk you through the rental process so that you are quite clear about the obligations of Moorland, your landlord and yourself as tenant.

And our work doesn’t stop when you move in

Most of our property owners sign a Management Service Agreement with us when they appoint us as the Letting Agency for their property. This gives us the ability to sort out most issues, as well as the rare emergency, directly and efficiently using our network of local tradesmen. Any problems, then we are here to help.
