Moorland provides a property management
service to owners wishing to let out their property.
We only rent quality properties and are passionate about
doing the right thing for our landlords and tenants.
The standard fee for the management is taken as a percentage
of the gross rents due for the period of the tenancy
and a set-up fee will normally be levied at the outset
for taking references and arranging the tenancy.
